Inspiration to our stylish, but also easily approachable menu comes from the kitchens of the world, but its roots are based on local traditions. The steak and mozzarella salads include a fresh green salad base, tomato, cucumber, olives, pickled red onion, melon, the house seed mix, lemon vinaigrette, and toasted sourdough bread.
The crayfish salad takes inspiration from a Caesar salad and is a slightly more stripped-back classic in style!
